Most "Against" votes were evidently cast regarding Hopper and Chong resolutions specifically. I think you will find that very few retail actually voted no against all resolutions. This being the case, issuance of options to directors in any form was approved by the majority of shareholders, retail included.Of course, I don't like it either. 12mil and already above the strike.
