    Judging by the charts the SP has average mainly in the 1cents for the past two years with some peaks into the twos and threes.

    I would assume based on that that most averages are in the 1-2 cent range and long term holders waiting for this upgrade may be willing to sell into the announcement given they have been waiting so long and haven't seen much action.
