I think this goes some way to answer questions regarding a buy out.
97c NPV = 150% - 250% premium to buyer for the BOD to recommend accepting the offer. = $1.45 - $2.45. Premium is simply my guess.
Obviously higher with a continuation of positive results. These are short term guesses.
