company did a CR to insiders at a heavy discount cause they were burning with no earning. Hologic will give them 5 mil i think? but rest of it is dependent on milestones and whether LDX gives them any POC devices worth their time/money, longshot cause such devices don't get developed overnight, let alone approved and commercialized as evident in the febridx delays and now CLIA hurdles.
cash backing values this at 4.8c, should be there once febridx numbers come in showing distributed everywhere but no one wants to buy it cause CLIA won't let you use it and meds are just cheaper to prescribe.
