Unfortunately that is the BOD stated intent, Dougal said that they wanted to reduce the Retail Holdings. If you sell you are playing directly into their hands, the Shorters are having a field day because of it whilst the Institutions grab ever share Retail sells out of despair and lack of communication (which I now believe to be deliberate).
