I've implied no such thing. We were talking about Newing selling his shares. I said nothing about current directors selling shares nor inferred such.
Directors are well aware of the timeframe limits around announcements within which they can trade in the companys shares.
You do like to make assumptions don't you.
What I have inferred is that the directors and senior management would have known the situation the company was in on or before 28th July.
Those outside their circle were not made aware until after trading had been halted.
