Depends if the "more dirt" is worth more on an NPV basis than WGX's current "dirt" after costs - or not .

Think SPR would be short changing itself to allow itself to get taken over under say 70 cents given it only needs a little finance and development to get mining again - and this time it looks like it will mine profitably .
