share offer giving 30% return now, page-3

The first paragraph clearly states shares held by holders 7pm 20th September.

Down further it does say "ex date" 14th of septemeber but then below that has a "recorded date" again saying 20th september, "Date for determining entitlements of eligible share holders to participate in the issue".

Can anyone else clarrify the date that cuts of entitlement? The "Ex date" and "recorded date" seem to have the same meaning.
