I did not realize that the Fremont County Board of Commissioners were in charge of "fueling a nation". Have to let them know. The people that are against this project are worried about "minor" issues such as protecting the environment (especially the water), holding BRM to the conditions of the original CUP (and any modifications), protecting their investments, etc.

While it is true that the BOC does not HAVE to follow the recommendations of the Planning Commission, it is clear that the Planning Commission has some concerns or they would not have recommended against the CUP modifications......
