The construction and operation of 30 x HIsmelts, 'was' a conservative figure, emailed too me, in Mar 2023. However, that figure was rather underestimated, the figure is probably more closer to 60.
As at Nov 2023, China has already constructed 6 x HIsmelts, with more being constructed. We wont know the actual figure, until late 2024.

In terms of the HIsmelt Licensing, what Magnum is proposing, is not your standard HIsmelt, operation as currently licensed. There is more to this, than meets the eye.
I will find out, if I can post the info, so people can understand what is really going to happen. It will be a first if approved and really put Magnum front and center.
