Forty i dont think your research is quite correct as i understand it because Dalgety is not a company i have had anything to do with.Mt father and i both had dealings with Forrest and have found them to be completely on the dial!!Time will tell here.
In my view this placement is both prudent and conservative as there is very few shares to be issued and its like a sweetener to existing holders!Thats my view all the best!
