Which EU rule has Hungary actually violated? Can you give me a specific case tested in a court? No because there is no transparency from the EU. They have "concerns" but never actually state why they have concerns with any specific cases.

If you believe taking away someone's else's vote is not voter suppression then you have fundamental logic deficiencies, its the definition of voter suppression.

EU were very happy to take Hungary's revenue into the EU budget - GNI Contribution, harmonised VAT contribution, EU customs duties etc
Just not happy to disburse the funds from the Budget because they wanted to use them to extort certain votes from Orban. To Hungary's credit they didnt withold their agreed contributions to the revenue.....and didnt succumb to blackmail and allow the EU to buy their vote.
