For those who can't visit sunny Saskatchewan this week to tour the pilot plant, you can at least imagine the experience. This morning the temperature in Regina was 22 below (Celsius), or 8 below (Fahrenheit). Anyone know the freezing point of brine? Canadians on the prairies say they are accustomed to winter, but often they say that while spending as much time as they can in Vancouver, or if they can afford it, Arizona or Florida.
