DJ I,m getting a little confused here and pardon for stupied ? but isn,t the substantial holder associated with X.
If they are there isn,t much increase considering the amount they need for T/O.
If this is the case it appears others arn,t in a hurry to sell(I,m not).
I think we are all in agreement this offer is to low.
I know its hard to compare apples but SDL,s developement is similier.
The big difference here is infrastructure as well as progess time frames AND it highlights how far down the track SPH is and with the hard yards done well...
IF the bid failed and they scare us by saying sh/pr could fall I say yes that could be right HOWever sh/pr will gain value (and they know this cause thats why their buying)because we are about to produce in the near term.
I guess you,ar all onto the SDL story so happy trails to all..
