Ministerial sign offs typically occur at a glacial pace which probably explains how these POC outcomes continue to drift.....
Similar to environmental permit sign offs of some of my mining stocks which require 3 court decisions to make a call on critical raw materials. Lawyers have a field day.
Western world has become very good at creating layers of bureaucracy and roles that simply add more hurdles and red tape to an already complex system.
