This may be why NATO are holding off on giving Ukraine their best weapons. They are waiting until there are substantial NATO troops in Ukraine to keep an eye on and control these weapons.

Would they be armed by Moscow in this scenario or just use remaining stockpiles?
They always say that Russia and Ukraine are brothers fighting a civil war, so Russia will find the weapons for Ukraine if necessary. China can always help as China needs access to Russian energy. China need Russia to win. If Russia get broken up into smaller states with puppet leaders, then the West will starve China of energy before the war with China starts. China can not win a war with no energy.
