Mr Vernor is on borrowed time as CEO of Syrah. He has repeatedly failed to deliver for shareholders.
oh, let's not forget he got 4 million stock options at a light and easy exercise price of only 44 cents a share a few years ago. He's already sold some of those for profits.
And now the share price is only 45 cents. Greed. Disgrace.
laws need to be charged so this does not happen.
He has better have good news to deliver on 31st of January to he should be fired.
