Appears GGP management were trying their best to find some 'good news' before reporting but could not do so and thus the delay. I am not so unhappy with them and their motives in this light. However no announcement from them about the starting of testing remains a bad thing so there are degrees of acting badly here.

However - those that lose in the short term on this one - please remember for future investments that ;-

"delays are bad news 90% of the time" and it does not matter how postive comments were beforehand eg VIL's comments in particular.

It's really not worth staying in for the 10% of the times things are good given the % losses suffered 9 out of ten times.

FP2 and Bongo and the new PASS assets can turn things around for you all that remain - good luck.
