20 Shareholders list

I am new to Jupiter Energy and have bought a small parcel of shares on a whim after seeing the spike in the share price, and looking at the announcement that caused it which showed promising upside and then watched it fall before picking up shares at 2.4c.

I am now doing some research into the company (wrong way around I know), So if this has been discussed before I apologies for starting another thread.

Looking at the top 20 shareholders list on the companies website it shows that an entity called "Fiske Nominees Limited" controls 1.16B shares (out of a possible 1.27B) giving them over 90% of the company.

I have not come across Finke before but some research indicates that they are essentially an investment platform that holds shares for third party's and are based in the UK. Is anyone here investing through Finke? Is it just 4 individual investors? or are they grouped accounts involving many people?

I know its a bit late for me to be starting my research but if anyone any insights I am interested. I have not seen a company before where so much is owned by so few.

Its also interesting (and a little strange) that the top 20 list also shows that you can be in the top 20 list with only 500,000 shares with a value of $12,000.
