One could interpret the extended flow testing of Nomgon as kicking the can down the road regarding bad flow rates. Ordinarily wouldn't the company have a duty to report any significant material changes to flow rates? But under 'flow testing' they could hide the results for 6-12 months.
What's with this garbage of 6 to 12 months or 18 month flow testing? This was never initially disclosed back in 2019-2020.
