    yesterday morningstar have upgraded their recomendation on pem from accumilate to buy placing a valuation of 57 cents a share based based on the first six month results i hope this sparks some intrest and i also hope we start expansion soon we have had the money to do it for a long time now i would think about buying more but i got what i consider a small fortune in this baby already
