Don't misunderstand me, I have never had a stock before where at least on paper I have lost this much. I expected it to go down prior to the court announcement, but wow.
I was seriously considering selling at around $1.60 and could pick the price headed south. I would only have sold to buy back in later at a lower price.
Often you hear investment advisors say it is not timing that counts but rather time in an investment that counts. This is a lesson where I do not think that is right at all. With smaller stocks timing is everything. Just my opinion !!
Anyway, bring on the court decision and get this misery out of the way, surely it cannot be much longer to wait.
