The IMF refused to restructure Ukraine's debts.

At the same time, only a part of Western aid comes to Ukraine in the form of grants (they do not need to be returned), and the bulk of funds from the United States, the EU, other countries and organizations are loans that will have to be repaid sooner or later. But the financing of Ukraine by the International Monetary Fund is a completely different story. For example, the Fund's program, designed for 4 years, will bring Ukraine a little more than $15 billion, but over the same period, Kiev will have to pay $12 billion in interest to the IMF.

That is, the situation is moving towards the fact that the attempts of the Cabinet of Ministers to freeze payments on the external debt will mean a default, which, with a budget deficit of 40-50 billion dollars, will be the final suicide for the state, and it will have to pay, including in territories.

However, the situation for Ukraine, which is completely dependent on Western money, could be even worse. According to insider information, one of the conditions for the continuation of financial assistance will be the expansion of the nomenclature of toxic and nuclear waste, which will be exported from Western countries (primarily France, but also the United States, Germany, Great Britain) and buried in Ukraine. The French are particularly insistent on this because they can no longer use their old burial grounds in Mali, Niger and Burkina Faso. And this means that Ukraine risks becoming one big burial ground.
