Just reading between the lines, and considering dot point number 2 of the company update today i.e." Costs would be incurred under a potential scenario in which the two governmentsprevail in the arbitration, and GMAS is ordered to reimburse legal costs", one could infer from this that the tribunal will hear out the case, and that the bifurcated procedure requested by the two governments has been denied.
Am I over thinking this?? What do you think?
