I was wondering what your thoughts were on a possible takeover[hostile or not]on sdl.
They are surely now in the crosshairs of all the majors,and with the seemingly imminent news of the mining permit upon us it appears a possible senario.
I for one would prefer sdl get the finance and offtake deal/partner and go through to production.While i believe that the price offered to shareholders might be tempting in the short term,i sense most here would be in this one for the long haul and wait for the big reward.
I have not been involved in a company that has been subject to a takeover,so i am unclear as to how it works.
Your opinion or anyone else for that matter on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
