So everything's hunky dory with Gillard, is it dust? No divisiveness in Labor ranks, what with Rudd being stabbed only a few weeks ago? No-one within the ranks is irked that its now become clear that the reward for stabbng Rudd by powerbroker Shorten was a promotion?
