In the first place, any Australian has the ability to choose how their super is invested. Don't want renewables? Choose a different sector. Logging into your super account and changing it is as easy as logging into hot copper. I personally have an SMSF and can invest it in whatever I want.
In the second place, it appears to be blaming Bowen for contracts and super investments made years before the current government. Why would he cover that up? He'd be happy to blame poor investments on the previous coalition government.
Finally, Nuclear IS more expensive. Even Dutton is talking about SMRs that don't exist because he can't make a case for traditional nuclear for Australia that stacks up.
