These interim orders are effective immediately and remain so until the outcome of our original ICSID pending cases. The only way these pending orders can be changed is if AVZ agrees to change or cancell them subject to negotiations with DRC Govt. In other words we now go forward carrying a very big stick and unless DRC Govt goes rogue and ignores the orders then we are looking at some form of positive negotiated outcome. Going rogue effectively turns the DRC in to a proxy Chinese state that will eventually have to front up with a huge sum to settle the matter. Not sure DRC or Zijin want to go down this path
