They issued 40 million shares for that CR?
That means you need a minimum 30 cents a share on the 40 million share to reach your obligations.
This in my opinion is drawing a min value for the SP of 30 cents.
so logically to absorb the 40 million shares the prices will be north of the 30 cent to meat obligations. Which is basicly 100% above today's closing price.
Its a confident statement if you use today's prices.
