This may be off interest - there are minimum requirements for NASDAQ Listing and this is just a few of the main ones.
I'd be quite happy with the $3 SP requirement· Shareholders Equity of at least$2,000,000
· At least 100,000 shares of publicfloat
· A minimum of 300+ shareholders
· Total assets of $4,000,000
· At least two market makers
· $3 minimum bid price of the companystockThe Nasdaq listing requirements also include criteria such as earnings,cash flow, market capitalization, revenue, total assets, stockholders’ equity,and bid price3. To stay listed on the Nasdaq, acompany must continue to meet the minimum listing requirements
