It has a bit of a different tone to that further up the slide. Maybe I am too sceptical but I would assign far less certainty that these leads turn into contracts. We have no way of knowing what the true probabilities and Oleg has claimed certainties that did not materialise in the past. It is possible (probable even) that he truly believe the Middle East contract from a few years back was a certainty, and that he misinterpreted enthusiasm of an intent to purchase. Obviously when any potential customer approaches a vendor they will almost talk positively of possibilities, but that does not always lead to a contract. This seems to be a typical Oleg carrot that is being dangled in front of shareholders.

If I am wrong about that (and I fully accept that I could be), that would make Oleg's duplicity extraordinary and I am surprised posters' ready acceptance of the hiding of this information and his rapacity. It would mean that his ZEPOs would vest this year and he would be paying himself a salary that is more typical of a company that is 100 times larger than DRO.
