Considering that in Sept 22 I sold shares from 58c down to 51, I don’t believe quoting a premium to trading in past 3 months is very convincing!
See one Director abstaining, there should be more ….be nice to know if LDC commissioned anyone to keep selling pressure on the shares leading into this takeover !
