Who cares whether or not Australian superannuation funds invest in fossil fuels?
There are plenty of other sources of capital available to companies that produce reliable and affordable energy for the world's developing nations and their billions of citizens. Including the those companies' internally generated capital given the very strong cash flows they generate.
One thing is for sure; demand for their products isn't going away.

Despite the "Beware of Stranded Assets" false flag having been trotted out over many years, fossil fuel stocks were one of the best performing asset classes in recent years.
Cue the vitriol from the resident, easily triggered Eurocentric Eco-Imperialists.
