ID be careful how you word such... saying that management are misleading implying they are liars, in fact you are in breach of the defamation act...

I would seriously be careful if I were you... Last year I said a similar thing about HAL (halo)... was threatened with legal action from the company, Hotcopper was also involved and I was sternly warned, was about to be banned for life and lawyers were getting involved...

If you think you can come on a public site, though anonymous seemly, and get away with defamation think again... its easy to identify you by the way due to ISP addresses, especially when using your mobile phone.. not my first rodeo believe me..
