100% agree the entire world is having a housing shortage like never before but it still takes foresight to attack the industry without using old ways here
sure there will be small type projects within Aus & sometimes these all start to open up once the potential is seen
US just suited perfectly for this type of Construction without having to change any current dynamics
Mexico is next maybe
