Cognitive dissonance is the mental discomfort that results from holding two conflicting beliefs, values, or attitudes.
E.g EV’s, Lithium and renewables are the future but the LTR share price is tanking - this cannot be so.
What tends to happen (esp to retail) is many cling to a belief until it is too late - then sell (we aren’t there yet - way to go lower for LTR).
