    If you were waiting for the right time for a takeover, wouldn't it make sense to cap the price while you fiddled?

    Raising $400-$500 million or more takes time and the Chinese think in decades, if not longer. Waiting for a JORC to show your backers [and cover your own backside] makes eminent sense.

    This is why a share buyback makes such good sense for CFE. What better investment is out there?
