And did he literally say 2023? What was supposed to happen for either of these companies in 2023? Sheesh
Resource/reserve updates and possibly updated project metrics was all that the merger delayed in 2023. 2024 might have seen some construction if epa approvals were granted and funding was found quickly. If anything the merger may have advanced the financing timelime, not put the brakes on it.
