If CleanTeq does need more than 10 Million in cash within the next several weeks, then it would be my guess that Robert Friedland would kick in some more cash for equity. But he is close to 20%, so he can't go over that amount without triggering the "offer cash for the entire company" scenario.... so my second guess would be Energy Capital Group, the investment arm of Saudi Arabia's energy development agency.
