    If they walk away they lose exclusivity. FBR has already built plenty of houses and it has already sustained over 300 blocks per hour (but how long 'sustained' was I don't know). Just needs to ensure it can sustain 285 blocks per hour over the entire build. In 2020 they said 200 blocks per hour was commercially viable in a number of markets.
