You seldom click reply so it is hard to know who you are addressing, If it is me here is a table you can recreate it just down load a few years of closing prices then sort by daily close. This does not mean you could not have had a capital gain Prices are cyclical and you very well could have bought at a high and sold at a low. I am realy surprised you do not get this. It just means if you held for this entire period you have seen no gain.
