According to the articles, Flynn says selling the 20% would be to fund developments, etc winchester south. This indicates they have enough funds for the BHP deal without needing to sell a stake in BW.
Selling a stake to strategic partners & de-risking the balance sheet is a good idea if they also make a decent profit on the sale!!
