Yes but any buyer is going to want some clear commitments from STO before they give up any money for this when that money can work for them in the bank.
What we need is to claim losses on STO for every quarter they do nothing.
the media reports STO have given over the years has claimed it is moving but instead they have done nothing.
if we were further advanced we would have gotten more for the last 10% sold.
