Eddie can take up 33 million shares under 3% creep provision for major shareholders (>20%) without triggering takeover bid requirements. That is how I read the rules. He can do this every 6 months after his last purchase. I'm a bit surprised that he did not mop up the 3 x plunges below 10 cents?
