sell depth @0.8 125 mill

Almost 3 to 1 ratio of EFFECTIVE buy sell depth

In my experience with shares <1c anything >2:1 buy sell depth in the EFFECTIVE trading ranges usually (>90% chance) of moving up soon and when the money pours in it shoots real fast.

EFFECTIVE = prices traded with enough volume in the past for it to be considered as significant. This usually indicates supoort and resistance points. NOTE: This is my theory only from observing small cap highly liquid shares.
