Someone may have just stuck them there so we could all talk about it and possibly get people to sell at 0.004….. Won’t happen and when holders dump here it happens straight away and other holders pick up the shares….
It’s a shame we are at this price, but nothing has happened for a while. Until it does., what ever is the sp because it will change once we get decent news…….
