This is a great appointment. Liberty are looking to accelerate their growth.
Since mid Sep’22, when expectations of a turn in interest rate expectations started to manifest, the Liberty SP has increased by just over 20%. The SP will really take off when we see lower funding costs expand the crucial NIM metric and that is not far away. If an investor was contemplating getting set in LFG then now is the time.
And don’t forget the attractive dividend they pay.
This is an extremely well run, well capitalised business with the founders at the helm.
