Are you implying that they don't need to follow investor relations 101? Because of a disclaimer in their presentations?
I don't consider it market sensitive, nor do I think they have to tell us, I just strongly believe they have a moral responsibility and it's wrong to disseminate information piecemeal to individual investors instead of through official announcements.
I'm not mad about the delay, I'm mad about the inaction to properly communicate it.
