Cant agree more, BUY saying 'Iminent', David Breeze said 'Watch this space'... All the excitement began!
I don't believe that the financial year, an election, NOPTA process changes or anything is in the way, if anything I hope the current government take the same line they said they would which was that 'the decision would be made in accordance with the law and that there would be no running commentary'
If nothing has changed then hopefully the decision is made soon.
