Do you even know what BRE's grades are when you take out the Monazite? Probably not The IAC content is approx 1000ppm, way lower than MEI.....Lower grades translate to higher opex

So BRE's flow sheet will be way more complicated than MEI's if they include the monazite....

As for VMM all you need to do is look at their total foot print which is way smaller (quite a lot of their tenements are near built up areas) VMM will not have the scale that MEI has...

Yet you talk about MEI's Caldeira project as nothing special.... give me a break
